Assignment #2: Book Cover Redesign (Premiminaries)

If the title of this entry seems familiar, that's probably because it is. I'll be attempting to redesign book covers for yet another trilogy (The Mars Trilogy by Kim Stanley Robinson). Those of you who've seen my Journal Cover in the Gallery might notice that I made use of the same semimodular idea for the type and illustration.
